Blaire Jones

Transformative Leader in Healing, Equity, and Empowerment

Blaire Jones is a transformative leader, certified sound healing practitioner, certified evidence-based mindfulness facilitator, certified curriculum-based support group facilitator, and a passionate advocate for holistic healing and youth empowerment. Her work is grounded in lived experience and a steadfast commitment to creating pathways of restoration for individuals and communities facing trauma, inequity, and generational adversity.

Raised in a community marked by poverty, systemic neglect, and instability, Blaire’s early life was shaped by experiences with body boundary violations, juvenile incarceration, and the failures of systems that were meant to protect her. Despite these challenges, she cultivated resilience and purpose. She found early encouragement through youth programs like P.A.A.Y.S. (Proud African American Youth Society)—a pivotal opportunity that sparked her desire to lead, heal, and serve.

Blaire became a first-generation college student and pursued a degree in Chemistry with a pre-medical focus at Spelman College, one of the nation’s top Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). She balanced academic rigor with the demands of single parenthood, ultimately earning a place on the Dean’s List. Her path was not without heartbreak—during an abusive marriage, Blaire gave birth to identical twin boys, one of whom tragically passed away. Enduring this loss while surviving domestic violence would break many, but Blaire found the strength to escape the abuse and rebuild her life.

Her experience as a survivor of domestic violence profoundly shaped her leadership and healing work. She not only forged a safe and nurturing home for her surviving children, but also became a fierce advocate for emotional well-being, safety, and resilience. Parenting children with neuro-differences further informed her trauma-informed lens and commitment to inclusive, individualized care.

After experiencing the healing power of sound therapy firsthand, Blaire became a certified practitioner and founded Esuaj LLC—a wellness practice offering therapeutic sound healing and mindset coaching to help others reconnect with their inner strength. For more than eight years, she has guided clients through emotional release and energetic realignment, helping them cultivate peace and empowerment from within.

Blaire also serves as the Executive Director of Amber Empowering Resilience, a nonprofit 501c3 focused on building healing-centered support systems for youth and families affected by trauma, combating loneliness and isolation, and a people centered workforce development. Under her leadership, the organization offers programs in behavioral health navigation, grief support, restorative education, and intergenerational healing.

Through Esuaj and Amber Empowering Resilience, Blaire bridges personal development with systemic change. Her work offers a powerful blueprint for healing, self-determination, and social impact. Her journey—marked by courage, transformation, and advocacy—is a testament to the truth that resilience is real, you don’t have to be a product of your past, and inner-peace is your power.
